Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

We can ship to any address in the UK providing the correct address details have been provided. At present we do not ship to addresses outside of the UK. Please note that the prices online are exclusive to online only and are not applicable instore.
If you require the delivery address to be different, this can be added after checkout on Paypal.
The last shipping dates for Christmas 2018 are 18th December 2018. 
Orders placed after the 21st December may not be received after till the New Year 2019.

How much is postage and packaging?

We provide Free UK delivery on all orders over £20. There is a £3.99 P&P charge on all other orders. Delivery takes between 2-7 working days on all items in stock. Please allow up to 28 days on rare occasions when product is out of stock.

Delivery Information

In the event that delivery has been attempted by Royal Mail and has been unsuccessful, they will leave a 'Something for you' card which provides information of the delivery office where the parcel is being held.


A re-delivery can be arranged through the Royal Mail website or by phoning them. Items are retained at the Delivery Office for 18 days. After this, items will be returned to the sender and upon receipt, a refund will be processed minus the cost of shipping incurred to send the goods out and the item being returned , which equates to £5.99.

If a resend is requested after being returned we will send it out again but will charge the £6.99 as above.

If a parcel is refused at the delivery address and returned to us the item will be refunded and £6.99 will be retained for the postage costs incurred for the parcel.

All parcels require a signature on delivery. In the event you dispute this even though there is a signature and confirmed delivery, an investigation will take place with Royal Mail and they will confirm with your local postman on the delivery. This can take up to 28 days and no refund or replacement will be given till investigation is complete. Any action will be taken after investigation decision has been received.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  

Prior authorisation for a return is required in order to ensure you receive a refund.

The item must be in the exact condition you received them in to ensure a refund.

We can not refund or replace unwanted itmes if they have been opened or any seals have been broken on the item.

Refund is for the item only and will not include any postage incurred for returning the parcel.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please obtain a receipt from Post Office when returning an item. In the event of non- delivery of the returned item we cannot be held responsible.

If an item arrives damaged please send a photo of the damaged item as soon as possible.  After the 14 day period has lapsed we cannot accept any returns. Please email us the details and we will instruct you on the returns process.
We can not accept back a fragrance because you do not like it, due to the personal nature of the products.

If you believe the fragrance does not smell right, then you can contact us, within 14 days of delivery and we will then send it back to the manufacturers so they can analyse it. This process may take up to 45 days and any refund or replacement will not be made till the enquiry has finished. 
Some brands may contact you directly and we will pass your contact details to them for the investigation.
