Delivery

Delivery from Birdsfoot Lane Pharmacy London is FREE for orders over £20. You should normally expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days but please allow up to 10 working days. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday – Saturday and will require a signature.

Please note that we only deliver to UK addresses and that our web prices are exclusive to online purchases only. These prices are not available from our Pharmacy in Luton.

Returns

We’re sure you’ll love your new product, but if you change your mind for whatever reason, you’re more than welcome to return it to us. For all returns, your item must be in its original condition, un-opened and unused and within 14 days from date of purchase.

Prior authorisation for a return is required in order to ensure you receive a refund – please contact customerservice@birdsfootpharmacy.co.uk

Please note we do NOT pay postage charges for Royal Mail Special Delivery. The maximum postage paid will be no more than £3.99. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
