You are allergic to diclofenac, propylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, butylhydroxy toluene or any of the other ingredients
You are in the last three months of pregnancy
You have ever had an asthma attack or allergic reaction after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs such as diclofenac or ibuprofen
You are under 14 years of age
You are using other medicine containing diclofenac or taking oral NSAIDs such as aspirin or ibuprofen
If you have any other health conditions or you are taking any other medications, including those that do not require a prescription, always ask your pharmacist or doctor if Voltarol Emulgel is suitable for you. In addition, before you start using Voltarol Emulgel, carefully read the product information leaflet included in the pack for instructions on how to use it.
Voltarol Emulgel P should only be applied to healthy skin and not rubbed into open wounds, infections, open injuries or any other area where the skin is abnormal.
Voltarol Emulgel P should not be used with air-tight or water-tight dressings, however, non-sealed breathable bandages can be used. For further details regarding precautions of using Voltarol products please consult your pharmacist.
Delivery
Delivery from Birdsfoot Lane Pharmacy London is FREE for orders over £20. You should normally expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days but please allow up to 10 working days. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday – Saturday and will require a signature.
Please note that we only deliver to UK addresses and that our web prices are exclusive to online purchases only. These prices are not available from our Pharmacy in Luton.
Returns
We’re sure you’ll love your new product, but if you change your mind for whatever reason, you’re more than welcome to return it to us. For all returns, your item must be in its original condition, un-opened and unused and within 14 days from date of purchase.
Prior authorisation for a return is required in order to ensure you receive a refund – please contact customerservice@birdsfootpharmacy.co.uk
Please note we do NOT pay postage charges for Royal Mail Special Delivery. The maximum postage paid will be no more than £3.99. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
